Student Academic Grievance [Grade Appeal] Procedures

Step 1: Pick up Student Academic Grievance Form (FSD 69-41) at College Office
Step 2: Meet with Instructor and Discuss Grade/Academic Grievance
Step 3: If needed. After this step, continue with the Process Outlined Below:

Upon Receiving Student Academic Grievance Form   AAS Director reviews & Verifies all above steps have been followed. If the procedures have not been followed, the process is restarted. If the procedures have been followed, the process is continued.
Open   A. AAS Director, Instructor & Student select Hearing Committee;
B. Director appoints Convever.
PROCEED TO NEXT STEP
15 Hearing Request Hearing Committee considers request for hearing. Disapproval of Hearing.
