Mission Statement


The mission of the Faculty Student Mentoring Program is the recruitment and successful training of mentors and protegés. The mentoring program shall serve as a significant unit of the university by fostering the retention, academic success, and graduation of students. These goals will be met through mentoring activities and support programs that encourage academic excellence, self-esteem, and personal growth of participating students
